Putting the person first
Sabrina’s philosophy as a Sports and Exercise Psychologist (in training) stems from her values as a player,coach and most importantly as a person. her work takes a humanistic approach which embodies the idea of putting the person before the athlete.
Sabrina believes it’s vital to support individuals in learning who they are as a person and their personal values, in order to help them figure out their direction in improving themselves as an athlete.

A Value that Sabrina aims to convey with clients is in order to be better athlete you need to feel fulfilled and happy in your personal life, in turn this will undoubtedly allow you to perform with freedom and improve your performance, her work leans towards a client lead approach allowing your inexpert with Sabrina to be completely unique to you and your needs
Sabrina’s Journey
Sabrina is currently undertaking her QSEP Stage 2 with the British Psychological Society. After graduating with a Bachelors degree in sport & exercise psychology from Manchester Metropolitan university (2012), Sabrina moved back to the west midlands, and since then has been working in the world of sports coaching within schools and sports organisations, with her work ranging from young children to adults.

Sabrina has further enhanced her qualifications since passing her Bachelors Degree in Sports and Exercise psychology (2012)
Uefa B License
Her coaching and playing passion has led her to develop her football coaching to UEFA Standard
